Almond and Pistachio Biscotti

These delicious little biscuits are authentically italian. Crunchy and delicately flavoured with almond and pistachio they are a perfect accompaniment to  mousses, icecreams and sorbet or a delicious partner to dunk in your mid morning coffee. Some recipes call for skinned pistachios but that is unnecessarily ‘fiddly’ –  you really wont notice the skin, trust me – lifes too short!

If you can possible get hold of ‘Aroma Panettone’ it will add that authentic touch. It is a traditional blend of essential citrus oils and can be purchased on Amazon.

Your oven needs to be pre heated to 180c, and you will need two flat baking trays lined with parchment paper
