Soda Bread

Quick, easy and so, so good! I have always preferred the nutty flavours from wholemeal flour for soda bread and in this recipe I have mixed it with a malty flour and a flour derived especially for soda bread. However as long as the quantities are the same any type of flour will work well and it is great to experiment to get your favourite blend. This is mine.

 

Pre heat your oven to 220c
