Onion and Walnut Soufflé

These twice baked individual soufflés would make a very impressive starter, or serve with a crisp salad for a light summer lunch.   As these soufflés are twice baked it is an ideal recipe for making ahead, requiring just 10 minutes to reheat and puff up making it ideal for a stress free dinner party dish!

Pre-heat oven to 200c and grease 4 individual ramekins
